• Keep the flat tidy and clean during through your stay until your departure.

• Please do not fry or cook foods with strong odours in the flat.

• Kindly pay attention to not leave marks on floors and walls throughout your stay and take extra care when moving your suitcases in the flat.

• In respect of your privacy, the host and his staff have access to the flat for ordinary maintenance and housekeeping duties.

• Please take your rubbish out regularly. Please take your rubbish to the main road, you will see a black bin. Please leave your bags next to the bin. IMPORTANT the day before leave please take out your rubbish.

Family trip (six adults) using both units 1 and 2. Worked well for our group and appreciated the space and comforts. Reminder this is a "walk-up" - Functional kitchen and living space allowed us nice family time. Easy to work with hosts who checked in with us to ensure all was good. Certainly, close to all the activities and city amenities in the area- and to transportation. Can be busy street on weekends so plan accordingly. Thank you London Team for a nice experience.

Great location, excellent host

We had an amazing stay at this flat in Covent Garden! The location is absolutely unbeatable — right in the heart of everything, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The flat is divided into two separate apartments on different floors, connected by stairs, which worked out perfectly for our group. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in and any questions we had a breeze. But honestly, the location alone makes this place a gem — you can’t get better than this! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Location of these appartments are amazing! Super convenient to the underground, eateries, shops and sights. I didn’t appreciate on booking that this is 2 separate apartments. On the first floor is a studio with a kitchenette and additional sofa bed. The second floor (behind a seperate apartment door) is 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and the top floor (3 flights up) is a lovely airy kitchen / dining / family area. Word of warning about the stairs - they are tiny, they curve around and there isn’t a balustrade the whole way. If you struggle with mobility or have large & heavy bags, they will be challenging.

Perfect location

This location simply cannot be beat. It is walkable to everything. The accommodations provided more than enough room and amenities. The host was very responsive. The building historic. Will definitely come back again.
