The flat is in a prime location and easy access to the greatness of Portabello Rd. And Notting Hill. The decor is cool and filled w art and family. The communication was good.
There are five steep flights of stairs to reach the flat-the description did not state this, only that there was not an elevator. One room had an overwhelming smell of mouth balls, the other room’s mattress was old and the springs were very uncomfortable as the bed had lost its form; in that room, in the closet is a dirty mop and vacuum cleaner in the closet. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet, so it always moved and didn’t make it very sanitary. The kitchen table cushions were stained and had not been washed and the white leather couch upstairs, although cool, had not been wiped off in a long time. We know that cleaners are hired as guests come and go, but the cleaners are not deep cleaning.
