Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

NO heating & unhygienic!!!

Don't usually leave a review but I had probably one of the most uncomfortable stays last night. The radiator did not work & it's winter! Place was freezing, literally had to sleep with my jacket on! Spoke to one of representatives who assured me the heating worked if turned one via the faulty thermostat in the hallway. That was a lie, it was clearly broken! Curtains did not cover the entire window so as soon as sunlight comes in the room you'll probably be woken up by it! Also the hygiene in the room & bathrooms are bad. It's not clean and bed sheets had dirt on them! Only decent thing about this place is the WiFi connection & cooking facilities
