Very modern, clean, efficient set-up with great location. You get the basics and arguably better than traditional brands as they have older buildings. Only thing I missed was in room safe and didn’t need one but hopefully reception had iron / hairdryer. Would use the brand again.

Location is good, close to Trafalgar Square but on a quiet street. The rooms were clean. On the smaller side and bed is firm.
