Great hotel!

I thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay. The room, the staff, the food were all what I expect when staying at a new hotel. Friendly staff, great choice of food (breakfast and dinner). My room was comfortable and was very grateful to the air conditioning since it was so hot that whole week. I needed an extra night at short notice and they not only were able to accommodate but were also able to keep me in the same room. Plenty of room in their car park too. I’d happily stay here again.

Chosen as was walkable distance to St Mary's University for nephew's graduation & had parking & public areas so could arrive early. It was perfect, really nice rooms & lovely breakfast cooked to order. Would happily return!

Perfect!

Rooms were plush and cozy, equipped with everything we needed and lots of extras we didn't know we needed, but certainly appreciated! The staff were all lovely, and the pub was a great spot for a snack and a drink. If every hotel we ever stay at is like one, we would be delighted.

Very nice and lovely atmosphere.

This venue was absolutely terrific in every way. Well located near bus stops, stores and restaurants. Walking to Bushy Park was a short 10 minute trip. The staff was so friendly, helpful and solicitous. The room was well appointed, clean and well stocked with everything one could want. Early check-in was a blessing. Would gladly stay there again.

Fantastic stay at the park

Loved everything about this hotel apart from the bed, however the bunk beds were comfortable. Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and spacious.
