Stayed in a room with 2 queens with my wife and 2 sons on a university tour. Worked adequately for the purpose. It was nice having the separate living area space with 4 people. Bathroom and floors could have been cleaner.

Great hotel, just one word of caution...

Nice stay! Everyone was friendly, the room was very clean, restaurants nearby. All good. Except-- the bed frames are absolutely the worst. They are so much bigger than the mattress, guess what happens? You bang your leg into the corner. Huge bruises! Very painful!! Absolutely awful bed frames, why in the world would they choose those! So, if you are going to stay, this is what I suggest: 1. move the mattress so that it goes right to the edge on the one side that you will walk by most often. This will help cover up the bed frame, but note that the other side will be exposed significantly! 2. place the decorative pillow that is on the bed on to the floor, leaning up against the corner of the bed that you are most likely going to run into. This will help soften the blow and will be a good guide to you to be careful when approaching.

Love staying here. Asked for the room temperature to be warmer and it wasn’t. No robes in room, one good towel, and I noticed in the morning our blanket had blood on it. That’s a bio hazard!

It was within walking distance to restaurants, parking was affordable and accessible and it was close to London Music Hall where the cinceet we attended was. Our only negative was that just a few minutes (less than 5) after we got back to our room a security guard came to our room and told us there'd been a complaint about us being loud (it would have taken him several minutes to get from the lobby to our room so we were most likely not yet in our room when the complaint was made). It wasn't us because we weren't talking loudly so most likely someone had gone to the stairs which were next to our room and werd talking when they did (and may have had a smoke when they did because we could smell it) & that's what was heard. We understood the complaint, someone was loud, but he refused to listen to us and became very rude & told us that it was after midnight, we shouldn't even he talking softly in our room. He coukd have handled it better imo. That was our only negative.

The Park Hotel London was wonderful. The suites are huge. There are two large rooms, one room with the beds and the second room with a sitting area and desk. Lots of space for luggage. The beds had lots of pillows and were super comfortable. Breakfast is included too. Highly recommend!
