Very tiny bathroom's and poorly designed, the loo is right next to the shower and almost no space to open yhe shower door, worse its glass so any attempt to squeeze yourself in the glass door hits the loo! Its an expensive hotel to stay for a night, more space is needed espresso in the toilet I used the downstream vault, very small and cold! Not sure I'll again!

Very relaxing stay

Very easy check-in. Friendly staff. Room surpassed needs. Very quiet room despite being in London. We regularly stay in the city and were pleasantly surprised at how peaceful and relaxing it was. Nice pool and facilities, though, can get busy in afternoon. Would have liked robes to go to pool in but changing facilities at spa very good. We went to Royal Albert Hall and the apartment was only 15 minutes walk away. Many local restaurants/cafes and supermarkets to choose from if you self-cater.
