Very nice apartment living feel right in the middle of Covent Garden. Walk right out into the middle of all of London. Having a washer/dryer and dish ware was a big plus for this long stay!

Third time staying here, location is great and staff are always friendly and helpful. Like most places in the UK now, they look to charge for an early check-in or late checkout, even 1hr either side, wasn’t the case here before. Rooms are modern and clean, we encountered a few small maintenance issues this time but nothing serious. When raised they were addressed quickly.

Perfect location in London.

There was an elevator outage from Monday to Thursday during our stay. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Luckily we were on floor 2. Property had Chromecast so we could use our Prime Video in the apartment. Staff was delightful.

Great location but lacking cleaniness

Location was fantastic and staff at the reception were friendly. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the unit was lacking. There were poo/skid marks in the toilet bowl and overall cleanliness was lacking. The shower with the shower curtain didn’t work well and caused the entire toilet area to be wet every time a shower was taken.

Staff where great. Accomodation was fantastic and comfortable. Only issue I had was when I asked if bag storage was available I was told via hotels.com message no and there was not a reception desk. The was wrong. They have a reception desk with very helpful staff and the have baggage storage at no cost.

WORST HOTEL - DO NOT STAY HERE

This hotel is horrible! The rooms stink of a mixture of chlorine and drains. The furniture is old and stained and cheap. Hopefully you can see from the pictures I have submitted. The kitchenette and bathrooms looked ok. AND they charged me £5 to hold my luggage. Do not stay here.
