The hotel is clearly recently renovated and it looks amazing, both inside and out. Room was spacious, kitchen well equipped, breakfast very tasty. Only thing missing was an eggless choice from the a la carte menu. The location is also amazing as it is just a short walk from a major station.

Great concept: apartment hotel. Room had very comfortable bed and effective soundproofing plus blackout curtains. Great location in Victoria, close to the rail station. Staff were largely helpful. Breakfasts were great quality if lacking some variety of choice of things like cereals & bread types. I would recommend it to anyone wanting the option of doing some self-catering within the luxury of a quality hotel.

This property was in a very walkable location to many sights we wanted to see, it was super clean, and the restaurant on site was lovely. We had a wonderful cup of coffe with pastry the morning we checked out and it was so relaxing!

I loved the staff, very polite, clean facility, quality toiletry product, quality food, great breakfast, clean rooms and everyday had house keeping without even asking for, great bed and beddings, courteous staff, nice rooms with good furniture and sufficient kitchen supplies. also great relaxing environment. There was nothing that I did not like. one thing I would suggest was instead of sparkling wine that we did not use as a VIP access gift, they should have given us credit for breakfast or something that we would use.

The hotel was very accessible to buses, trains and the tube. Plenty of restaurants near the hotel. Hotel bedding was super comfortable and bathroom shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was good and filling. My only complaint would be the lighting in the room. The lighting was too dim for putting on makeup or shaving. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. If you want to go to the theater to see Wicked or Hamilton they are right outside the hotel.

Excellent location , welcoming Lobby. Enjoyable.

Cosy lobby, grateful for early check in for international traveller . Some standards missing from room like lock on door, safe in room ( that I found anyway !) … hopefully an oversight and not a deliberate choice . A sauna available for private use would be nice touch in colder months . Studio room acceptable size for London .
