フロントのないホテルは初めて何事も聞けなくてとても不安でした。ロンドン30回ぐらい行ってますが、結構慣れてるつもりだけど、やはりホテルスタッフいない事は何かと不便でした 1週間泊まって、サービスの清掃は1回もないと言うのもびっくりしました

This was a perfect place for our stay in London. The amenities were exactly what we needed, and the people of the Nestor were always available to answer questions. The neighbourhood was great with amazing restaurants, shops, Hyde park a few blocks away and the underground right around the corner for all our daily activities! We will happily be back there on our next stay in London. Thank you.

Sheet and towels should be more clean. Spot here and there. It seems the bed was just redone without really change the sheet. Room very noisy. Not from the street but everything from other rooms can be heard. Location and entrance code idea great

Fabulous stay at The Courtfield - the second time I’ve stayed at these apartments in London. Clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped rooms located in a beautiful Regency London square in central London - near Gloucester Road tube and only 15-20 minutes walk from the V&A, Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. Highly recommended.

Well-equipped modern apartment in the heart of London with a short walk to the tube, grocery stores and other needed amenities. Happy to have a coffee maker and instead of running out daily for breakfast. Be aware the bed is extremely firm and the shower stall is very small. Elevator had a rare break down, so we had to climb stairs twice during our visit but overall glad to have that amenity. It's unusual for converted townhomes.

Great location and decent rooms BUT: false advertisement and no service unless you pay. I stayed there for a week, and even if the location is good, I’m very disappointed by the company. - Even when I stayed for a week there is no cleaning. No exchange of towels, not even a single additional garbage bag to exchange it in the bin!! And no reception to ask. If you want the room cleaned it’s an extra £30+ for every cleaning. Not even the basics are available. - Expedia clearly states “luggage storage available” but when you get your email the day prior to check in they confirm the is NO option to store luggage. When I asked the question they replied that sometimes if the room is avails early you could leave it there… - and safety is not great either. During the stay I received the entry conde to the room of another guest… I wrote to the agency to tell them, and nobody even replied… I could have easily entered another guest room, as I had the room, code, their names, etc. - TV does not work at all… no cable, no antenna, not possible to connect to wifi and stream, etc. basically for decoration

I would definitely recommend this property! It was in a great location with dining options, grocery and the tube nearby making it a great location! The property was clean with an amazing view of the church. The support team was quick to communicate and replied with prompt action. I will definitely stay again next year!

Great location but,...

I rented a studio apartment in this private apartment building. There is no front desk or personnel present. They were good to send me a private code for the front entrance as well as my apartment. All appliances worked well. It was nice to have a washing machine. However here are a few things I didn't like. First and foremost this had to be the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE bed I have ever slept in. It was horrible. A hard mattress with springs poking me in the back and hips. There was no comfortable area on the bed. I had to double up the duvet and use the large bath towel to cushion the surface a bit. It also would have been nice to have one comfy reading chair, instead of small folding dining chairs. The other thing was the fact that there was no inside door lock such as a dead bolt or other lock. I had my own security lock so I used it every night. Being a solo traveler these are things that I notice. Other than that, the location is great, within easy walking distance to 2 tube stations and several grocery markets.

The deluxe room is a great size and price which was unexpected for London! The pictures are accurate to the room with some lovely decor. The room was clean and had all necessities provided. There were many lights and all were bright/adjustable which was great for working. The kitchen was also good with provided cutlery and appliances, even coffee and tea. The shower was a little small but the water pressure was good and the shower had a secure door so water would not leak out. Check in was smooth and the location is very convenient with the underground just down the street and many walkable food places/shops. Communication with the staff was great and they were able to help with my problem straight away! A bonus were the huge windows which allowed sunlight in the whole day with a cute view. Very sound proof room but could sometimes hear footsteps from the room above. The best hotel I’ve stayed in London which I recommend!

Le batiment et le studio étaient facile d'accès grace à un digicode à chaque entrée. Bien qu'en sous-sol, le studio était confortable, bien chauffé et propre. Le contact avec les gestionnaires était super efficace car nous avons eu un problème d'évacuation de la salle d'eau et cela a été réglé dans la journée. Merci.
