For what we needed it was great. The room was really spacious, the bathroom was immaculate. Staff were really friendly. No noise heard and quiet given how close it is to a busy area. We had an event at Wembley so this was perfect location and would stay here again. I didn't use the breakfast as it didn't have great options for me as a vegan. One small issue was that the the floors in the bedroom didn't smell great, a little bit damp smelling.

Reception & all staff were friendly. Room was extremely clean & we were very happy to have a large balcony. Breakfast was generous & quickly delivered, only comment would be that it would’ve been nicer if on a hot plate to keep food warm. Literally SHOCKING!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! The whole place is falling apart, I woke during the night to the traffic noise , went to switch on light and was electrocuted by the switch falling off the wall! No response from the owners!! WARNING BED BUGS WARNING BED BUGS! This is the worst place I’ve ever paid to stay and it was expensive. This hotel is beyond dirty. The beds were stamped from 2008 all of the beds had springs poking through. I asked to be switched to three different rooms. All the beds were the same. The carpets are filthy. And to top it all the last night I was there there was a bedbug, biting me in the bed. I asked them for a refund and they denied it! This place was terrible by any standard. Do not stay here!

We originally booked a double room, but upon arrival, we were given a family room instead, which wasn’t what we paid for. On top of that, the heating didn’t work, making the stay quite uncomfortable, especially at night. The staff were polite but didn’t offer a proper solution. Disappointing experience overall — this could have been easily avoided with better room management and maintenance.
