The property itself was ok. The carpet in the room was a bit dirty. Beddings were clean but the bed was thorrible. Massive dip in the middle of both queen beds. There were many homeless people outside the property.

>>What we liked: (1) close to downtown; (2) Clean (3) the Room was spacious and beds/mattresses very good (4) Staff at the Reception courteous and friendly. >>What we did Not like: (a) Charged $16/night for parking car in hotel's outside parking lot which is not mentioned on their website; nor does the hotel provide any gurantee against theft and damage to the car. (b) Breakfast service was not up to the mark - far fewer sandwiches than patrons lined up on a busy as well as on a quiet day; (c) Coffee pot was empty on one of the days and no one was around to check it, had to go and report it to the staff at the check-in counter.

Good value

Excellent value for the cost of a Queen room. Staff were attentive, helpful and parking underground secure with gated access. The room was clean, well stocked with towels, tea/coffee and a modest breakfast was complimentary.

Hotel was nice for the quick couple day stay which I wasn’t even in the room very much to begin with. The only issue, which I can see with many hotels in London, is the amount of homeless/drug addicts that linger and sit/walk aimlessly. It can be unsettling if you’re not used to it. From what I gather after talking to some local guards and officers is that they are bussed in from Toronto and dropped off in London. Crazy.

Passable. But not great

The beds were very small for queen sized. More like double or full. The carpet was rather icky in that walking around without socks will blacken the bottoms of your feet. Breakfast was lacking in protein options. Very carb heavy with cereals and breads. Not super safe feeling at night out front. Had to take my dog out midnight and is extremely unfortunate to have to do that. Pretty much seems like you're next to a homeless shelter. Not the properties fault but when you ask the staff how the neighborhood is when you first arrive and their response is "it's good" I'm raising my eyebrows wondering what their definition of "good" is. It's a passable place to stay with cheap rates but there's a reason for that price tag. Great pub down the street though and there was a little street festival going on when we were there. But it was a ghost town for the most part.

This is a decent hotel stayed there for an event at Western University. London Ontario is not very walkable however there were restaurants and shops in the nearby area. Room was small but had all the amenities. Breakfast was limited but an apple / orange is a good way to start your day. Parking is convenient but limited. Would stay again if I need to go to London Ontario.
