Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. I loved the fact that one of the front desk staff called asking if everything was fine (male). Breakfast is ok. I requested three times (during three days) for soap and was not given any. Would suggest not to go out during the night, many homeless people around the hotel. They don’t bother you however, you don’t feel comfortable and/or safe.

Honestly I generally like this hotel but a few times I’ve had issues with some staff, I had a guest and it wasn’t the person on file apparently and it wasn’t over night but they caused an uproar about it. The staff were very ignorant and surprisingly it was disappointing, I’ve stayed multiple times and never had an issue before this time but they are pet friendly and generally the suites are nice and cozy.

if you chose to pay for parking at this property, it is under the hotel which is very nice in the winter, which is the season I stayed during. this property is pet friendly for a small fee and there is a good sized green space (dog park) right next to the hotel which made it enjoyable for the pooch.

The hotel itself is fine. Dated…but fine. Things were clean and the staff are friendly. The area is not great. My wife and I have been lucky to travel all over and I never expected I would need to be on guard in London Ontario of all places. There were several aggressive homeless persons lingering around the front entrance. We even witnessed a full on fight amongst them. No one seems to care.
