The check in and out was very smooth, it was a great experience the parking was easy too and alot of food options few minutes away, it was a really good experience. The staff was very nice and polite, and the breakfast seeved was really good too

All round great stay. Checking in, they even looked for closest room to the front door so my elderly parents didn’t have to walk far. Amazing hot breakfast. Room cleaned daily. Suite is large with 2 TVs and can accommodate a family of 6 conveniently

The new renovations really make the suites stand out now, and they are so well thought out. The hotel is close to lots of shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend this place if you are staying in London.
