Property was just around the corner from the tube and had a great breakfast. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Would stay here again!

The hotel is a bit rundown. One life was out of service and our card didn’t work on the stairs. Our room wasn’t cleaned despite us asking - we stayed 4 nights. Breakfast was good - lots of options.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Secure area to leave bags if check in/out times don’t match with your transport. Walkable to Southwark and blackfriars underground stations (5 minutes) and Waterloo (10-15 minutes) and to lots of the sights. Would stay again

Good location to move around London. The room was clean and comfortable for a two night stay. However there was a nasty and unbearable smell coming from the toilet, the WI-FI was basically absent and they provide us with only one set of towels for two people. We asked for another one which never arrived.

Comfortable room and beds. No fridge. Staff friendly. Breakfast ok. It has all hot options available but you want to arrive early so you get fresh food. Some better fruit options would be good too. Good location. 15 min walk to Borough Markets, 30 min to Tower Bridge. Overall a good stay.
