Das Hotel war super. Das Hotel ist nagelneu und so sieht es auch aus. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Keine Mängel oder sonstiges vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist typisch englisch (Brötchen, Wurst und Käse braucht man hier nicht erwarten) und recht günstig, wenn man den megadeal nutzt. Die Lage vom Hotel ist optimal. Die Tube ist fußläufig 5 min. entfernt und direkt vorm Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Es gab nur einen Kritikpunkt. Ab Tag zwei war nur noch ein Fahrstuhl von dreien benutzbar. Somit hatte man wirklich lange Wartezeiten grad zu den Frühstückszeiten. In den unteren Etagen kann man zwar dann die Treppe nehmen aber in den 8. oder 9. Stock laufen grad ältere Gäste und kleine Kinder eher nicht.

Primera vez en Londres, requeríamos un lugar limpio, cómodo y asequible, y este hotel lo cumple. Nos sentimos muy a gusto con las habitaciones y con el restaurante donde tomábamos los desayunos, y cenamos una noche. Sin duda es un muy buen lugar para empezar a conocer la ciudad.
