Terrible service, typical apathy

Ludicrous problems right from the start. Got my check-in details wrong, people put into the wrong rooms. Early check-in, which was confirmed and paid for, was DISALLOWED by the check-in staff. Staff were apathetic and even sarcastic, asking, "Should I just cancel your reservation, then?" Room was almost impassable due to the three (!) beds. NO breakfast available, even though it says so here. (You are graciously allowed to walk across the street and buy breakfast at an overpriced restaurant). By the way, hotel has a basement floor (?) into which I was placed. Endless narrow winding hallways with no A/C. Awful hotel. Outrageous for the money. WILL NEVER RETURN.

We liked the family and LGBTQ friendly atmosphere as well as it being affordable in the center of London. We only had one small inconvenience that some breakfast options required warming but there were lines and we were on a time crunch.

This place has no fridge, which was a challenge as we were traveling with a 2-year-old who needs milk before bed and first thing in the morning. We struggled with that during our stay. The hotel also doesn’t have a safe. The hairdryer is located in the bedroom, so I couldn’t use it at night while my kids were sleeping. Additionally, the shower had visible mold, which was concerning. The location is good, it’s close to a lot main attractions.

Recently, my family of four stayed at this hotel for three days. When we entered our room, we immediately noticed 3 beds rather than our regular two. However, one of the beds was missing a headstand which made it slightly uncomfortable for one of our family members. Disregarding the beds, the room was pretty spacious and included a TV in order to entertain ourselves. Sanitary wise, it was okay. We noticed that the toilet paper seemed dirty and pherhaps priviously wet before. Outside of the toilets, our room was decently sanitary. One of the things we enjoyed was that our hotel was very close to the subway for easy transportain. Overall, a decent experience for my family and I.

Hôtel was comfortable and our group loved the hot continental breakfast! The restaurant staff was the best! The front desk/hotel staff was ok. Be warned: this hotel does a fire alarm check every Monday! There is a warning in the elevator but our group was in the restaurant side of hotel so elevator was never used - no warning ever given and I was traveling with 11 special needs kids… a lot of chaos could have been avoided had the front desk had better communication and more-willing-to-help attitudes. The area is very nice! Very convenient tesco and restaurants near by, but a bit far to sights.

Never ever Premier Inn again !! This Hotel gave me a terrible experience by not allowing me to check-in for my pre-paid trip through Expedia. The front desk person and lady manager refused my check-in because I had 3 kids even though I booked a family quadruple room. She showed me the fine print details in booking conditions that only 2 kids are allowed, and she was not at helpful in getting a resolution to our problem by making another room available other than insisting her fine print rules when we had already reached the Hotel with our luggage. We ended up booking another Hotel on the fly (Thanks to Technology) and they didn't have any issue accommodating us in a room. I will fight to get to my last penny they charged from my card. Interesting this Hotel website has a whole page dedicated to list how family friendly they are!! Those who are prepaying these folks beware. They absolutely don't care about customer when you have an issue!!
