Pass the Keys | Wonderful Six Bed Victorian Home in London

Bring the whole family to this fantastic Victorian house in London with ample space for the family or a group of friends. It contain 6 bedrooms and can accommodate 11 guests comfortably.

Tooting Bec tube station is a 5 minute bus ride away or Streatham Station a short walk away. Both take you directly to Central London within 20 minutes where you can capture the the views of Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament amongst other iconic sites.

This property is a few bus rides away from Tooting Bec tube station where you can easily reach the best hot spots of the city. Alternatively you can walk in a few minutes to Streatham train Station where there are several trains taking you directly into the Centre.

Enter this charming Victorian house and on your right is a great living and dining area - equipped with sofas, a coffee table and a TV so you can relax after a busy day out. There is also a separate kitchen so you can whip up your favourite meals and enjoy them in the comfort of this home. Make your way through the dining area and there is a fantastic garden where you can unwind with a coffee or cold drink.

On the ground floor there is spacious double room, upstairs you will find four further great sized bedrooms. Three of these have double beds and one has a single bed and a desk for those that need to do a spot of work. On this floor there is one full bathroom and a separate WC. Make your way up to the final floor and you will find another incredibly sized double room and another full bathroom.

There is an abundance of space in this property and it is a fantastic place to come and stay.

Guests have access to the whole garden.

We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
