No stars at all for this property! I had such a bad experience in the hole process regarding the booking of a room. I have booked a room one month before going there and when I was outside the property it turned out that I didn’t have a room booked and couldn’t retrieve my booking. After many calls with the “reception” and the booking agent which confirmed my booking with the property, the time spent for the hole process overall 2 hours, to finally hear from the “receptionist” that the manager decided not to give as a room because I wasn’t polite on the phone (just mentioned to leave a bad review for the service). Definitely I do not recommend bookings with the property!

It was okay

Our stay was great. The only problem we had was the room has no windows, and no air conditioning unit or fan was provided . It was too hot and stiffling, apart from this the rooms can use a few bed side table. The room was spotless, I cannot say anything negative about the cleanliness. S

Need to bank transfer the deposit

1. initially the hotel didn’t want to honor our reservation - „we don’t have rooms for 4 people“, even though that’s what I reserved 2. then the hotel didn’t give me the room keys - they just claimed they didn’t receive my deposit transfer. 3. I was stranded with 2 kids at 11pm at the hotel, no mercy, they didn’t let me in. Even though I offered cash and credit cards to pay again for the deposit (which I had transferred already!) 4. It took them almost 2 weeks to refund the deposit.
