The room was nice - clean, spacious and well furnished. The check-in process was chaotic and confusing. We were asked by a cleaner to pay a deposit via bank transfer because there was no manager on site. The cleaner couldn’t even give us a receipt. We eventually got our deposit back several days later. The location was fine - quite near to the tube station.
