We request that noise be kept to a minimum between 10PM and 8AM to respect our neighbours. We enforce a three-strike rule for disturbances. Your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment is appreciated.
PARTIES
Strictly no parties or gatherings of any king are allowed within the apartment or building. If the booking is allowed and guests are found to be holding parties of any kind, you will be evicted immediately with no refunds due and a fee of £200.00 will be charged.
BREAKAGES
Accidents happen! Please report any breakages immediately. Minor issues generally won’t incur a charge, but significant damage may result in a deduction from your security deposit. We’ll discuss any costs with you before you check out.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or the apartment blocks' internal communal areas. Smoking is permitted on external balconies that are present in an apartment only. A surcharge of £200.00 will be made if evidence of smoking is discovered in the apartment.
