- CCTV is in operation in the communal hallway areas of the property, so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras inside the apartment).

- NO PARTIES are allowed! It's a residential building, and our neighbors need to be respected. A noise detector is installed on the property to prevent nuisance. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras in the communal area of the building, one just outside the flat. (There are no cameras inside the apartment—your privacy is respected.) If you do not follow this rule, you will be asked to leave the property with no refund, and ALL YOUR DEPOSIT will be charged.

- Quiet hours 22:00 - 09:00.
- NO unregistered guests/visitors are allowed to enter the property. Please make sure you book for the right number of people. You will be asked to leave with no money back if you invite an unregistered visitor.
- If you wish to drop off bags early or check in earlier, get in touch with us in advance; we might be able to organize it. However, our cleaning and management company charges £30 for early check-in and £12 for bag drop-off to get this organized with the cleaning team.

This was a great place to stay. Perfect size for 2 people. It was not too far from the airport and an easy walk to places to eat and get groceries. We had prompt responses from the hosts and easy check in and check out.

Great time in London

It was so nice to come home each night to a comfortable cozy place. It was so nice to have a place with few stairs and it just down the street from the tube. My husband didn’t want to rent a car and I am glad we did not! Perfect spot close to all museums and grocery close by. We had a wonderful time once we got use to the tube thank you so much!

Excellent communication

Gerda and staff were helpful and replied to my questions quickly and effectively. Good size for two people, the small garden area in back was nice to have as well. Would recommend this place, enjoyed being out of Central London but only a short tube ride to all the attractions of London.
