The property has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC, kitchen and an open plan living and dining room and can sleep up to 6 guests. This would be a perfect place for a family or group of friends looking to be located on a quiet residential street, within walking distance of central London!
The Space:
This lovely town house is located on a quiet residential street, and is split over 3 floors. On the ground floor is a study area with a WC, and a futon bed for 1 person that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 6 guests when booking). On the first floor you will find the kitchen and open plan living and dining room, and on the second floor is the family bathroom and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom. The house has been decorated in a traditional manner with interesting artwork adorning the walls.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with everything that you would need to cook your own meals at home. There are a range of cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses. You are welcome to use our Nespresso machine, which we will provide coffee pods for.
LIVING/ DINING ROOM
The living room is lovely and bright, thanks to the balcony doors that allow plenty of natural light to come streaming into the room. On a warm sunny day it is lovely to be able to open these doors to allow the fresh air in. There is a comfortable sofa and chair which is perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer.
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a sumptuous king size bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed as well as a small single bed that would be suitable for a child or toddler. On the ground floor there is a futon bed for 1 person that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 6 guests when booking). All beds will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen and we will make sure to clear some space in the wardrobes where possible for you to be able to hang your clothes up and store your belongings neatly away.
BATHROOMS
The main family bathroom is located on the second floor and has a bath, toilet and sink. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a walk in rainfall shower with a waterfall shower. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
This is our home and as such you will find many of our personal items here - we ask that you treat our home with the respect that you would treat your own place!

Guests have sole access to the property during their stay.
The Neighborhood:
There are so many things to do in the area around the flat. The famous Borough Market (15 minute walk) and Maltby Street Market (6 minute walk) are great places to spend a morning and sample some of London’s best street food.
You are also in walking distance to some of London’s main tourist attractions, including:
The Shard- 19 minute walk
Tower Bridge- 13 minute walk
The White Cube Gallery- 7 minute walk
The Tower of London- 20 minute walk
Getting Around:
This flat is a fantastic position in terms of being able to get around London easily and quickly. There are various tube stops close by, including Bermondsey (14 minute walk), Borough (17 minute walk) and London Bridge (19 minute walk).
There are plenty of bus stops, just a short walk away on Abbey street, from here you can get a bus to surrounding areas and up to Central London.
Alternatively take the river bus from Tower Bridge.
However as this flat is so centrally located is just as easy just to walk.

-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in.
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees.
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
- If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.
