Many thanks to all the staff at this charming boutique hotel! From the moment we arrived, Natalia at reception greeted us very kindly. Everything has been taken care of, absolutely every detail. The lighting in the room is perfect (you don't need to insert the key card for it to work), the beds and pillows are comfortable, there's a Nespresso machine, and outlets everywhere. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities and is very nicely decorated. It's a quiet and peaceful hotel; you can't hear anything from the neighboring rooms, so you sleep very well. The cleaning service was also perfect. There's a lovely little coffee shop at the entrance, but we had a very good breakfast included which its served in the bar at the back, everyone, like Rafael, was very friendly. The area around is very nice, clean, and safe to walk around at night, with restsurants and bus stops right in front and a train station just a few meters away that goes to Gatwick. 100% recommended; we'll definitely be back soon. The Hilton Lost Property is the PERFECT location th stay when visiting London. The Property is conveniently located within walking distance to many of the "must see" attractions in a safe and secure area of the city. The staff was friendly and and welcoming at all hours of the day and night. When arriving in London from Paris via Eurostar, our taxi driver told us " You are staying in the best area of London".

The hotel is in a great location (1 minute walk to St Paul's Cathedral and the London Stock Exchange). The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a coffee shop in the lobby that serves some of the best coffee in London! The rooms are very nice, fairly priced and very quiet!
