As you enter the home through the gated entrance and up a few steps, the first thing you will notice is the comfortable, modern but traditional living room with bookshelves and a TV for you to enjoy.
On the ground level you will also find the first bedroom which features a cosy arrangement with two single beds. This room offers comfort and convenience.
Down the stairs in the basement you will find the dining area with elegant furnishings, a polished dining table and comfortable chairs. This room features tasteful decor elements such as the artwork and a wooden beamed ceiling enhance the overall dining experience.
Opposite the dining area you will be greeted by the modern kitchen and utility area. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, a variety of utensils and plenty of space for you to prepare for your family or friends.
The second guest bedroom is also located in the basement, decorated in the modern yet traditional way with neutral colours and wooden furnishings and featuring a king size bed. Within this second bedroom is an en-suit with both toilet, sink and shower.

We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
