Did not understand how to check in - when I called hotels.com I was told that the system was down and that I could call back in 2 hours. When I found a different number to call, they answered after 30 min or so. During our stay there were 2 viewings because the apartment was for sale - we didn’t know of the viewings beforehand and Got the information 15 min before the first viewing. Some of the linnens were dirty. But the apartment was clean and very good location! I had to ask to get my deposit back 4 times to 2 different numbers. Not satiesfied at all, would appreciate something in return for this..
