Did not get property we booked

When we arrived I quickly noticed it was not the property we booked. I booked based on photos and bedrooms specific to make sure we had nice beds. Instead we got a different unit all together. One room was similar to photos but the king bedroom was a small closet sized room with little window and bad mattress. When I asked, I was told we were upgraded and we should be happy. I said this bedroom is not an upgrade. They would not show me the apartment we actually rented. This left us in a bad position. I didn’t know what we could do until I got back.

Convenient, clean, modern apt

Highly recommended. This property suited our needs perfectly for a weeklong sightseeing vacation. The location was ideal - a short walk to the train station with very frequent service. The neighborhood had many shops & restaurants in easy walking distance. The apt itself was clean, well-equipped, and incredibly quiet. Communication with the manager and the check-in/check-out processes were seamless.
