Welcome to our charming second floor apartment located in the heart of Islington, London. Our modern apartment is perfect for both short & long term stays, for up to 2 guests. The space has a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and all cookware/utensils. There is a shower room with a compact separate toilet. Fast dedicated WiFi throughout. 



The guest has paid for the period 11/01/26- 01/02/26.

The guest agrees to vacate the property on the 01/02/26 unless payment is made for the month of February on or before 01/02/26.

Bee My Guest is able to provide accommodation to the guest until 01/04/26 as stated in the Spareroom advert. Payment for the months stay is required on or before the 1st day of the month.

The guest agrees to return the property in the same condition as the move in date of 01/01/26.

The guest is to inform Bee My Guest Ltd of any damages or problems during their stay.

Bee My Guest Ltd will provide maintenance required during the guests' stay.

The guest will not sublet the property.

The guest will maintain quiet hours of between 11pm -8am.

Bee My Guest Ltd will ensure all utilities including wifi, heating, electricity are paid for and functioning correctly during the guests stay at the property.

The guest will not bring pets into the property.

Two sets of keys will be made available to the guest should they require them.
