The staff were excellent, room was clean & very nice, its nice parking was free and so close to the hotel, there were drinks and snacks & i liked that they had the prices clearly stated. When we check the in room dinning on the tv the screen would flicker and we couldn't see the menu. Overall 5 stars and will be returning !

The property itself is beautiful – the grounds, the atmosphere, and the overall setting are exactly what you’d hope for when booking a getaway. Unfortunately, the service didn’t come close to matching the surroundings. From the moment of check-in, the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping. This poor service carried through to the lobby bar, the beer garden, and the pool bar. Each experience felt frustratingly slow and inattentive, which really took away from the enjoyment of what could have been a fantastic stay. If the service improved to match the quality of the property, this could easily be a five-star destination. Until then, it’s hard to recommend.

If you’re looking for a hotel in London, Ontario, where cleanliness is top notch and service feels more than just transactional, Hard Rock is a strong choice. The decor, amenities, and ambience all contribute to the feeling of staying somewhere upscale and cared for, not just a sterile “business hotel.” I’d definitely stay there again, and recommend it to anyone who values both comfort and that extra level of attention.

First, hotel is located in a “bad area of town” Second, cost of hotel does not reflect the high cost. Challenge to park and valet is an extra charge. Third, no concierge or porter to greet or assist. Forth, unclear on whether coffee or bottle water was a charger or complimentary and toiletries in room were made in China. Complimentary toiletries such as tooth brush, shave set etc were not included. Would not recommend this property- save your money and book elsewhere!

We stayed for one night at the hard rock. It was beautiful and quiet from the moment we arrived We loved the speak easy, breakfast was delicious and the lobby bar was fun! The pool and hot tub was quiet when we went which was nice! We will definitely be back
