Unwind on the cosy sofa and watch your favourite shows on the wall-mounted TV. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

Both bedrooms are designed as peaceful retreats: one with a double bed and the other with a queen, each thoughtfully decorated for a touch of elegance.

The bathroom with luxurious marble tiles offers a spa-like experience with its sleek walk-in shower.

Step out onto the balcony for a quiet escape to enjoy fresh air and a calming pause from the city buzz.

West Kensington is a vibrant residential district that perfectly blends local charm with great amenities. Just around the corner, you’ll find Olympia London, a renowned events venue hosting festivals, exhibitions, and international trade fairs. Food lovers will enjoy the variety on North End Road, where casual Asian and Middle Eastern eateries sit alongside traditional markets and shops. For a relaxed evening, the area’s gastropubs serve modern menus and craft beers in a welcoming atmosphere. Culture and entertainment are close by too – from intimate performances at Barons Court Theatre to world-class tennis at The Queen’s Club.

We are located between Baron's Court and West Kensington Underground stations, both within a 5 minute walk.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
