Enjoy a gas barbecue during your stay—just bring your own gas. It’s perfect for relaxed evenings outdoors with family or friends.

The home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for restful comfort. The primary bedroom offers a luxurious UK king-size bed, the second bedroom has a UK double bed, and the third bedroom includes a cosy UK single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a premium sleep experience.

The two bathrooms are fully equipped with fresh towels and toiletries to ensure a convenient and comfortable stay.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
