We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Situated in the picturesque district of Chiswick, this apartment puts you close to boutique shops, cosy cafés, and scenic riverside walks. Take a leisurely stroll along the Thames or visit the nearby Chiswick House and Gardens for a dose of history and greenery.

Food and drink options abound. Just a short walk along the river, The City Barge offers a charming pub experience with character and riverside views. For a more stylish setting, High Road House is perfect for brunch, cocktails, or dinner in a lively atmosphere. For a truly special dining experience, reserve a table at La Trompette, Chiswick’s renowned fine-dining restaurant celebrated for its exquisite French-inspired cuisine.

The apartment is conveniently located near Chiswick Park Tube Station, providing easy access to the District Line. The area is well-served by local buses, making it a breeze to navigate London.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
