The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. A washing machine is also available for your laundry.

The apartment has two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds, all dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom includes everything you need to freshen up, with fresh towels and toiletries provided for your convenience.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The quickly evolving Battersea district is centred around its namesake park, featuring fountains, a boating lake, and a Japanese-style Peace Pagoda with views over the River Thames. The iconic art deco Battersea Power Station, with its four towering chimneys, dominates the skyline. Battersea Arts Centre, housed in the 1890s town hall, hosts comedy, music, and theatre performances, while the nearby New Covent Garden Market offers a vast selection of flowers and fresh produce.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest overground station, Battersea Park, is just a 12-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
