Everybody was very nice and helpful. The room is SMALL. The bathroom is EVEN SMALLER. It’s in a lovely neighborhood. We were happy with everything about this hotel except the sizes. Oh and the showerhead went straight down and couldn’t be tilted. That would’ve helped a lot.
Great location for me to arrive at Charing Cross Hospital for my operation the foolowing morning. Unfortunately my relaxing stay for the night before would have been perfect as I wanted to relax watching the TV. This was not possible in my room number 32 as every channel was unattainable very bad signal meant no tv.
Shops and station within walkable distance. Convenient location. Friendly staff and well kept room.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Only stayed two nights. Great location near transport and supermarket but lacked facilities. No fridge in room, bed was very uncomfortable and there was no way to control the heating.
Basic room with no breakfast available. Staff were nice and helpful and cleaned the floor when I pointed out how dirty it was on check in. I kept the window open due to a lingering musty smell. Other than that I had a nice stay as I wasn't in the hotel much over the 3 days.
For the price this hotel was surprisingly good. Nice staff, good location, luggage storage, and the main: they have elevator! Love this place, would recommend. And room was clean with own bathroom

Liked: Cleanliness
Probably the worst bed I’ve ever slept on in a B&B. Based on my reaction the next day I’m sure there were bed bugs of some sorts too.
Noisy creaky building and didn’t sleep well at all
Just an overnight stay in this budget hotel, cheap and cheerful, rooms were clean if a bit small, but as always you get what you pay for, staff were lovely, and the hotel was in a great location with Earl’s Court tube station just round the corner.
