First, if you come to London in the summer, don't stay at this hotel. They do provide fans, but the air that the fans put out is too weak so you'll be way too hot being in your room. I luckily stayed there at the end of Spring, but the room was too hot at 22 celsius if I didn't turn on that fan so trying to stay here during the summer would be hell.
Second, room 19 is haunted. I've had experiences with spirits in places before but the one at that room is the most intense that I've had yet. Every time I would try to go to bed something would shake the bed. And it was just the bed not the whole room. My body would also move on it's own while I'm still wide awake, like my eyes opening and closing, to my head, arms and legs moving to a different position on their own...it was a very incomprehensible and crazy experience for me since I was fully conscious. I was there for two nights. I actually slept fine the first night because I was so exhausted from my flight so I didn't notice anything being off about the room. Then the second night things started happening so I literally did not go to sleep the second night.
If neither of the two things above bother you, this hotel is great. It has all of the bare minimum things that a single person needs for a short stay although there isn't a refrigerator. The reception staff and cleaning staff are also helpful and kind. You also can't beat the location, since you're a 4 min walk away from a shopping street filled with restaurants.
