The staff were good, the restaurant and location were excellent, it wasn’t the cleanest, my parents stayed and never had their room cleaned once time in the week even though they repeatedly requested so they kept having to ask for towels, toilet paper etc and their door didn’t close properly so they couldn’t latch the dead bolt and somebody broke open their door in the middle of the night on the weekend & when they told the front desk they just said that the cameras weren’t working which didn’t make it feel very safe.

I can't remember the last time if ever that I've been in a hotel that was so dirty and disgusting, even at 90 bucks that's double of what it should be, this is a needle-filled junkie hangout for sure I would never take kids family or anyone there to stay

It is cleared under renovation or at least hopefully that is what is happening. I think people live in the hotel. Rooms are in desperate need of paint. Staff was fantastic and very helpful. Although i could hear everything happened through the walls.
