Fabulous for airport, Marriott group standard.

Breakfast menu was good, excepting the scrambled egg! Lunch service could have been more attentive, no one came to ask if everything was ok and I had to ask someone to come to table to order dessert and coffee. There was no obvious signage at all at the front of the hotel? We had to go in to check if we were in the right place. It’s a bit of a challenge if DLR is closed- buses and very expensive cabs as we experienced getting to O2. Wouldn’t stay here for O2 gigs again- my mistake though - hotel was great. Were given an upgrade to top floor- great view of the City airport and good soundproofing!
