Overall is a good experience, a comfortable room with breakfast. The only thing I feel it can improve is that pillow has smell of smokes, made us feel not very clean. Other than that, it’s a quiet place to stay.

The property was convenient to shopping,dining and getting to where we needed to go. The room was very basic and dated. The heater was very noisy, we shut it off, bathroom fan was really noisy. The hairdryer didn't work in our room. Overall this place is suitable for the price.

The coffee in the rooms was terrible which is to be expected. The coffee in the lobby was great. How about great coffee in the rooms? Toilet paper was like fine grit sand paper so we had to buy our own. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning.

The bathroom was filthy a ring in the tub and a toilet not flushed. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, there was dust everywhere and when I got to the room it was 56’ freezing and took hours to warm up, the heater was noisy and went off every 5-10 minutes.

As stated the property is very tired, the front door doesn’t close. One balcony door is covered in plastic. One safety bar on the bathtub is loose. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Very small rooms rugs were filthy and the bathtub was peeling and I just put a thing to stick over it and made it very slippery and the breakfast in the morning was supposed to be hot breakfast everything was cold that was supposed to be hot

I had a mayor problem with the mattress on the bed. As I had to go to the washroom in the morning I slipped my leg out over onto the floor and my the back of my leg was cut. The cause of this was the spring in the mattress broken off and sticking out. I could not stop the bleeding as the staff did not have a medical kit with Band-Aids. In fact the other side of the mattress also had a broken spring as well. This should not happen as they had no manager on duty, or I would have asked for some kind of compensation. The breakfast very poor as the fruit basked had some rotten fruit, plus they had a number of soft fruits. I now have to make a trip to a medical clinic here in Tecumseh to have them fix up the back of my left left lag thight.. I look forwart to your reply.
