Great hotel, great location, good value!

Room was clean and available at promised time. We didn't have cleaning service, but I was able to get new towels when requested. 2 minute walk from Victoria Station, easy to get around London from there!

The location of the property is excellent, 10 minutes from Victoria Station. The rooms are very small, the internet is not good. I had a UK plug for my hairdryer and it blew a fuse when I turned it on. My hairdryer was ruined. The hotel has hairdryers so you don’t need to bring one.

Great place

Great location, Italian rest and souvenirs just next door. Great proximity to Victoria Station and your pick ups. Lots of homeless in area but no issues with them. Hotel high tech, must know how to use computer has food and coffee shop avail. Room small but comfortable

Superb location just a 3‑minute walk from Victoria Rail and Underground, making it ideal for exploring key attractions like Buckingham Palace, Westminster, and the West End. The rooms are compact but cleverly designed and impressively modern compared to what I’m used to in London. The Living Room lobby and canteenM bar offer lively, stylish communal spaces, perfect for working, relaxing, or just soaking up the vibe. I loved the atmosphere throughout the hotel, from the lobby to the room, everything felt super stylish and thoughtfully decorated. There’s plenty of common space, great for meetings, working, or just chillaxing. Breakfast was pretty good too and included, which was a nice bonus.

Spent several days here. The bed was high and I’m short so it was difficult to get into but once in it was very, very comfortable. Loved the blackout shade. And love the ability to control the lights from bed.
