Rooms too small for 2 people

Room is too small. Bed is wall to wall (you have to crawl over your partner to get in bed. Not enough space for 2 people to cross each other. Bath room and shower are too narrow you can barely move.

The futuristic tone to the decor and set up was quite nice. It is conveniently located to within walkable distance to many of the attractions in the city. Breakfast had a wide selection. It was however quite inconvenient not to have a coffee maker or tea kettle in the room which is standard and we are so used to it. The room was also a tad bit tight for 2 occupants considering the price. But the staff were super nice and friendly.

Close to all the great pubs, restaurants and historical places! Comfortable bed, great shower, small toilet! Fantastic decor, service in the lounge was excellent!

Very comfortable bed, quiet, high tech room that blocked out all light effectively for sleep. Terrific breakfast buffet and nice lounge area. Convenient to major sites, Hyde Park and transportation. Staff is very nice, helpful and available. Only downside is room for one is small (not enough room to layout luggage) and there appears to be homeless shelter area on start of the block where hotel is located - I never had any issues walking back and forth from the hotel on my own and never felt unsafe but just pay attention to your surroundings if you are solo traveler like I was.

Try to avoid.

Flies buzzing all over the lobby bathroom. Smell of sewage in my room. They didn’t advise me that I needed to specifically ask to have the room serviced. Climate controls weren’t working - always too cold in the room. Water temp ironically was far too hot. Very sketchy street corner outside.

This hotel was in a perfect location. Very central and close to Victoria Station. It has a cool vibe and a vibrant lobby that’s always busy with guests working and mingling. The bar and restaurant are available 24/7. The staff was helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again.
