Well decorated and funky property, lovely bar area downstairs in the hotel. Rooms on the smaller side but huge comfy beds. Bathroom is like a pod in the room which is ok. Biggest disappointment was there was no kettle/cups to be able to make a drink. Having to spend an additional £7 on two cups of tea and having to go downstairs and get it in the morning was disappointing.

The convenience of where this property is located could easily get you anywhere in London as well as the rest of the UK. Its very modern and absolutely perfect for people that know they are going to be exploring all day. The bed was super comfy with drawers under that you could fit your whole suitcase in, as well as a safe drawer. The staff was plentiful and very helpful with the computerized checkin/checkout. We are older, so that was a blessing. Breakfast was amazing. It had everything for any breakfast tastes. Artisan breads, fruits, smoked salmon, eggs, sausage etc. No wait, just grab and go. A few homeless outside as its SO close the Victoria Station, but no issues. We would defo stay again, and even have looked for some of their other hotels while traveling. We've told family and friends in the US and UK that travel frequently to London.

Very modern, very little space, bed was against the wall on two sides, which made it difficult to get in and out. No fan in the bathroom, and the shower leaked. But the location to the subway was ideal for us.

The accessible bathroom was one of the best designed I've ever stayed in. Fold down grab bars everywhere. Soap dispensers next to the shower bench but without having to contort yourself to reach them. Bed is not very accessible for two occupants as you can only get out of one side, and the other person must climb over the one closest to the edge. Also, by only having a nightstand on one side of the bed it's not too good for having any devices near the second person at night. We solved this by moving the pillows to the 'foot' of the bed, where there's a huge table for putting stuff on. This is only likely to be a problem in the accessible room, due to needing the space for wheelchair access to the side of the bed. Staff were great. Breakfast is excellent. iPad control of all in-room devices worked well.

We had to check in for our stay a day later than expected and although I emailed the property to let them know we were coming around 9:00 am the 2nd day of our reservation, they still gave our room away. When we arrived they told us there were “no clean rooms” but they did manage to find one, although it was an accessible room (this really only affected the bathroom). The girl working the front desk was very nice, the building itself was clean and modern, and close to Victoria Station, easily walkable to Buckingham Palace, etc. The reason for 2 stars is it’s just not good business to double book rooms. Lots of good hotel options in this area, I think next time I’ll stay elsewhere.

The iPad controller was difficult in the middle of the night. Sometimes the TV failed. Very quiet room, a little small. 24/7 bar in lobby, very convenient to Victoria station, outstanding if you are there to see wicked or Hamilton!

Top citizen

CitizenM Vauxhall road is a modern, comfortable space with spacious rooms and funky decor. Our room had a tablet that you could control the TV, temperature, blinds and lighting from. Being able to change the colour was also fun! Ourvroom came with a bed buddy, nice touch! Very comfortable large bed. Nice seating area downstairs.

This was a cozy hotel room for the two of us. Though it did its job for a place to sleep and shower. Super convenient because it's near Victoria station to use the underground which will allow you to go everywhere. The staff is friendly and were very nice. If you're staying here to go to Victoria Coach Station, just know that it's actually a further 5mins walk from the underground station. One thing to note, the area can be a bit rough at night. There were lots of drug users around, but my wife and I didn't feel unsafe, just be mindful of your surroundings.

Nice hotel, but very small and lots of homeless

Nice hotel, very small but cozy. My only problem is the amount of homeless nearby. Most won’t bother you, but occasionally a mentally ill person might scare you.
