I liked the hotel vibe and the room was small but comfortable and with very nice details including the coloured lighting options. The bed was very comfortable. The dining was very limited. We were told that quite a few things on the menu weren’t available and we decided to find another restaurant. The breakfast was excellent. It’s not included but it’s worth paying for it. I would go back to citizenM.

Small rooms, Wonderful staff.

Very small rooms but best staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel (hands down). Rooms are tiny; Good for ONE person; almost claustrophobic for two. You can’t stand in the room and spread your arms out except over the bed, it’s that small. There is no “Bathroom”. There Is a toilet and shower in the MIDDLE of the room with no bathroom privacy or wall separation or fan to minimize normal smells, etc. You are pooping and showering next to the bed where your partner is. Like I said- good for a single person.

Love this hotel. Easy walking distance to Victoria Station and good restaurants. Hamilton and Wicked plays are within a block of the hotel. Easy to navigate around the area. Good location.

Overall a good place to stay, great location close to rail, underground, and bus stops. Also close to lots of restaurants and stores. Only things I didn't like were the location, it felt a bit run down around the block and also the pillows were not very good.

My teen daughter & I had an excellent stay for a week at the Citizen M Victoria Station. Our room was thoughtfully designed for function & style. The iPad control for EVERYTHING was intuitive & helpful in setting the room to our preferences. The staff as incredibly helpful & accommodating. Would definitely staff again.
