Room very tired but clean and on top floor. Slow check in. Room key expired for no reason! Couldn’t get in hotel late on - had to ring for assistance. They charge £5 for WiFi!!

All fine for the price ficen it is londonbut radiator had no trv on it so room was too hot leaving me to have to open the window all night so then noises kept waking me up.. thats all. Thanks

There are a lot of stairs to get to rooms. Customers in bad health or woth jeart conditions should not book. Otherwise clean and friendly service. Shower and toilet is basically a refurbished closet but clean and any person under UK dress size 20 can move about. Windows do not have safety bars so take care if travelling with kids as they can easily open and get out. Tv was about 12inch. Room and bedding was clean

The room was really nice, large and airy it was kept ommaculate. Only problem was that i had to go up two high floors, whuch after wondering atound the city, was a bit demanding fir my age. But ror younger people tjis is an excellent place fod yhe price.

Large room, small bathroom, dust on top of and behind cabinets, cobwebs in the corners, panel loose hiding the bathroom pipe work, hole in wall under dressing table, some marks on the bedding, noise coming from room above squeaking floor boards and not very noise absorbing, area located in was brilliant for getting to the underground and sights
