My stay on 1st October was fine, and I had booked to come back the week after (8th-9th). However, at 18:25 on the day of check in, as I was heading from the office to the hotel, I received a notification that my hotel had been cancelled. When I spoke to the hotel they said they were full and didn’t have my reservation, and when I spoke to Hotels.com they informed me that the hotel had cancelled my reservation on the evening I was supposed to be checking in.
Disappointing as I would have happily stayed here again and again, but I can’t risk them cancelling my reservation at short notice so I will be avoiding Chapter Hotel Camden in future.
