I found the blanket on the bed to be on the "short" side, and I'm a small/petite person. Also - the hotel does not offer face towels, which I found to be disappointing. All hotels I've every stayed at, other all "towel" sizes. The staff was very nice and quick to resolve any issues, I had.

I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return in the future. Very close to various restaurants, bus stop and tube. Only downside to the property is that it doesn't have a lift so you'll have to carry those bags upstairs, but other than that awesome property and staff.

The service was disappointing. My wife and I arrived early to check in and were told the only room available was on the 3rd floor, which required climbing at least five flights of stairs. We both had 50 lb bags, and while carrying mine I injured myself. When I requested a room closer to the first floor, one suddenly became available. The rooms are tiny and the service mediocre at best. If you choose to stay here, be prepared for small spaces and subpar service.

Very basic

Good air conditioning. Tiny room with no seating. Noisy floors so you hear neighbors moving around. Staff wasn’t rude, but wasn’t friendly. Cleaning staff fill hallways with supplies and dirty linens so it’s impossible to get upstairs. Just OK. Won’t stay again though.

Small but everything you need

The hotel is lovely. I traveled alone for work and the room was exactly what a solo business traveler needs. The room was small but functional. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is in a quiet area, but very close to a commercial area and transportation. The room is a bit small but nicely decorated as is the entire hotel. With a very comfortable bed.

Hotel bem localizado e em local tranquilo com bom custo x benefício. Estação de metrô bem próxima. Decoração moderna e estilosa. O quarto é bem pequeno, apesar de existirem acomodações maiores. Água e café disponíveis na recepção é um diferencial.

Great location, friendly welcome and super clean. I had a standard double which was perfect for me, not sure it would suit a couple. Shower area was tight but I managed. Only downside for me was a lack of lift which is usually the case in these type of properties. Perfect for a night and I would still stay here again.

Great place for solo traveler

I loved the free coffee and water and the nice little cafe area. The room is small, but that's what I expected for the price and a single room. The a/c worked great and the bed was really comfortable. Easy walk to tube station and on a quiet street.
