A new hotel in the heart of Earls Court, 5 walk from the tube station and plenty of eating opportunities available. Reception staff very nice and informative. Definitely stay here again.

This place is a joke with steep staircases that make it impossible to maneuver your luggage up or down to your room, and the building doesn’t have an elevator. Simply ridiculous, they should advertise that fact up front in red letters before they get poor unsuspecting customers to book there. The toilet in our room didn’t work, so we had to AGAIN maneuver all our luggage to another room. This place is the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of staying in.
The room was ideal for a short stay solo trip! The hotel is well located with access to lots of shops nearby and the underground. The only thing is that you can hear a lot of noise throughout the night in the room, but other than that the condition of the hotel is really good.
The staff were extremely helpful and kind! We decided to extend our stay and they were able to make this change with ease, making things as simple as possible for us.
