It was a very quick check-in and check out. There was £150 security deposit. My room was clean and it wasn’t as small as others described it to be. The bathroom was also clean and they provided two shower gels and a soap bar. The beds were very comfy. I like the fact that this is quite an affordable hotel for a hotel that’s in central. The area is quite nice and has that central London look. It’s convenient as the underground isn’t too far away so travel is easy. However, there’s no lifts just in case you have a lot of bags and there isn’t the option to have breakfast or ordering food to your room provided by the hotel.

Way to little for three persons. The double bed was a big single bed, not enough for one adult and a 14 year old. And to short for me who’s 1.87. Service ok, but nothing special. Clean and good standard. Ok value for money in London I guess.

Air conditioning in our room was highly ineffective since it is above the front door and the area it is needed in is where the beds are. Very bad planning. Also hotel needs to advertise a little more clearly that there are no elevators. I saw a lot of people struggling with luggage. When we arrived at lunchtime Sunday, 21 the young man who took our luggage was really nice. That night whoever was on duty at reception was not someone I would recommend for interaction with the public. Otherwise lovely location. Water machines are a great option.

I love this hotel. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and the high ceilings are great. Staff was super helpful and flexible. I would have liked the bathroom to be bigger. And I would prefer a bath tub just because of the space.

A surprising little gem. Immaculately clean and easy to get to. The rooms are tiny, but comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Great value and a good little spot! Will happily stay again!
