Potential but disappointing

The property is ina great location. Walk to Angel tube station or bus links. The flat is tired and was not very clean. Hot water stopped working during two ofy four day stay. The management company charge you for call outs so I didn't try as I was able to resolve the issue myself. I would not recommend this apartment/flat. It's a shame, as it could be really brilliant with some TLC.
