Great location for central London

Reasonably sized single room ( have previously stayed in a room not much larger than a coffin!) Clean room, friendly staff, nice garden view. Would stay here again.

The staff are great!

The staff make this hotel, very efficient and personable which you don’t get in many hotels. The rooms don’t have air con so can be very hot (although fans are provided) Rooms on the main road can be very noisy if you have the window open (needed if hot). Generally though a very nice stay and nice bar/ restaurant area.

Room was very clean and quiet and we enjoyed the garden view room. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. The hotel has an excellent location, close to lots of dining options and two tube stations. Covent Gardens is very walkable as well.

This was without a doubt the best budget hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The lobby, restaurant and gardens are so pretty and the staff so friendly and helpful. Was in a great location with so many public transportation available right outside its doors. I would stay here again for sure! 👍😊💕🇬🇧🏰

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks to the friendly & efficient staff. The lobby area and restaurant are clean, comfortable. spacious and modern. There was a delightful garden. Our bedroom, although comfortable and with all that we needed to hand, was tired and desperately in need of the attention that the ground floor has received. It was rather old fashioned and certainly in need of a lick of paint. We discovered that the hotel has a car park so, if we visit again, we would hope to use this.
