Excellent situation near Russell Square. The staff were helpful and friendly. We chose a room facing the garden. It was quiet and spotlessly clean. The complimentary tea bags were weak. We had to buy some. We had breakfast at café Tropea in Russell Sqare. Worth a visit. The food was amazingly good.

A reasonable choice near the British Museum and the Eurostar train station. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also quite good.

The shower head was broken and very difficilt to use. It cant have been used for a while as a dead insect came out of the tap. Also overcharged for drinks in the bar.

Comfortable Hotel in Central London

Enjoyed our stay at the Bedford Hotel. Excellent location very close to Russell Square Tube station. Our room was very comfortable, overlooking the gardens in the rear of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, a lot choice, with cold and hot options. Very good coffee and delicious croissants. The only issue we encountered was controlling the hot water in the shower, it tended to get very hot and needed to be mixed with a lot of cold water. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.
