Was stuck down in the basement next to the kitchen and staff toilet!! Had a food delivery about 10pm was banging around for an hour on the phone outside room. Someone use the microwave about midnight!! Then chef come in at about 6.30 to start breakfast more banging around!!! The staff used the toilet about 10 time over the night! Small damp well used room squeaky bed lumpy pillows. All in all got about 2 hours sleep if lucky Would definitely not recommend!!!!!

Very friendly staff,Very clean room and modern. Lovely variety choice of breakfast and all good quality. Quiet nights sleep and comfortable beds. Easy to find and off road parking for easily 8 vehicles. Would definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to anyone to stay at. 5 Star rating

The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. Room facilities were basic, with some maintenance issues noted — a drawer shelf fell through, and the carpet was left wet following daytime cleaning. The door closed with a loud slam unless held manually, which could be disruptive.

Reasonably priced, friendly staff, decor could do with being touched up. Close to Beckenham town (5 minutes walk) Beckenham junction station just round the corner. Breakfast was continental, with milk alternative but no butter alternative.

Home from home (only better)

We were in town for a funeral the next day so weren't super critical but the staff were friendly and helpful, and looked after my son and I as if we were family. We headed out to the High Street and had the most amazing meal at The Pearl. I definitely will return!

Objectionable odour in the hotel room, all towels on the first day are wet, barely variety by breakfast only on cheese and one cold cuts in most bad condition. Only toast and no rolls. Breakfast was not available at all Days at 8am

Bien avec un service très simpa

Hotel très bien place, le staff est super! Petit dej symple mais efficace! Train a 2 minute a pied et a 24 min de londre! Parking gratuit et très spacieux. Petit bémol pour les rideaux qui cache pas la lumière de rentrer, lit un peu petit… Salle de bain le carellage bouge un peu… mais on as passé un très bon moment! Très central et bien servi en restauration
