We stayed for 4 nights in the Aldwych Rm, early July, 2025. Fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated throughout! Our room was wonderful, cool, quiet, incredible bathroom, and an extremely comfortable bed! This hotel room was worth every penny, great breakfast every morning, included in the price! Air conditioning in room, that was so welcome during the current UK heat wave, brilliant staff, good TV setup, very easy and powerful WiFi, room amenities that included complimentary drinks and snacks! All the staff were absolutely wonderful, and they made us feel so comfortable and welcome. We would not hesitate to book this hotel again, just fantastic. One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at.

The BB Townhouse offers a wonderful sanctuary in beautiful Chelsea. The staff are attentive and genuine and the townhouses are immaculate. I would highly recommend this property.

2 small improvements would give it 5 stars!

Overall fantastic stay. To achieve 5-stars, I would greatly recommend to improve the following faults: 1. Check-out time is 11am, not the standard 12. 2. Toilet paper was of cheap gas-station quality. Far far from any luxury hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
