Great location right by the tube/subway, walkable to the theater district (I was able to watch a musical!), Chinatown for food, Covent Garden/Jubilee Market for shopping, etc. The only negative was the streets were dirty. As a single lady, I would not stay out too late at night (in any big city). The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Kudos to the staff!

Conveniently located, however there’s two sets of stairs and one side made into a ramp would be very helpful for people with multiple luggage pieces or disabilities. It was a pain in the butt to get my heavy luggage up the steps. Also, there is only one soap in the shower, a shampoo and body wash combo. Most hotels these days offer a shampoo, a conditioner, and a body wash separately. Even though most of my time was spent walking around town, my hotel room did not have a TV and it would’ve been nice to wind down after coming back to the hotel late at night.

Great location. Room very small. Not a lot of room about the bed. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room but shower amazing. Breakfast very efficient and clean, the staff were amazingly attentive. It was also on the top floor with an amazing view of London and balcony. We were on the first floor and you could hear the rumble from the tube trains but I had earplugs and it didn’t stop either of us sleeping. Room decor well presented although the seat was a pink rabbit with a studded leather collar a padlock.

What’s with the rabbit????

The room was small with out a window and we were expecting that. Didn’t expect a mattress at floor level and absolutely no where to put anything. It was like staying in a cupboard. The only place in the room that could accommodate a small table or set of drawers was taken up by a large dog sized plastic rabbit! I kid you not! Totally impractical. No where in the bathroom to put toiletries. Only two coat hangers and knobs in the wall. Nowhere to store your case that your are forced to live out of. Completely impractical for any traveller. No tea of coffee facilities, no iron, only one socket.

The welcome to the hotel is poor. Room is ok for couple of night. Toilet seat was broken. Hand soap bottle kept coming off the holder. Not enough space to put toiletries.

A great hotel in an excellent location in central London, only a 2 minutes walk from Trafalgar Square. Easy check in and check out and rooms had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to London.
