Room was clean, compact, great location. Fruit and bottled water was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful. They kindly stored our luggage on check out for a few hours. No natural light but we were only in the room to sleep. We would use the hotel again. Thank you

Great location - nice quiet square but the hotel is very tatty and not particularly clean. Gaps around the room door which gives questions around fire safety and the bed was more like a temporary bed than a hotel bed. Inexpensive for the location but there are reasons for that.

Room very cold. Very basic couldn’t reach to hang clothes up. Sink so small water went everywhere. Took forever for water to be warm. Very noisy indoors and out. Put up with it for one night. Reception staff very good

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom pretty small but I expected that. Clean and everything worked fine, good shower (and excellent wifi). Noise does carry from other rooms so light sleepers might strugggle. Given the location it's a bargain, if you have sensible expectations - you'll do a lot worse for the rate in London. perhaps one for a night or two, not an extended stay, but I'd definitely use again. The area is a little bit run down but doesn't feel actively risky.
