I’ve stayed here a couple of times. Staff are excellent, the immediate area is a bit isolated but it’s and easy bus ride to Richmond or Ealing Broadway Station. Easy access by TFL to Heathrow. The apartments are fairly comfortable. My only complaint is I stayed a week and received two nespresso pods for the room. Despite multiple promises from the front desk to provide more pods I finally broke down and bought some. If you don’t provide pods for the stay, just say so rather than continually promise and not deliver on your promise.

The property is exactly as described. It provides a rather cheap option where multiple people can stay in a very big room near to London which is very close via public transport. Richmond which is a stone throw away has plenty of things to do and he can easily spend one to two days there. The parking is a bit expensive and you have to pay 15 pounds a night for that that is expected of Brentford / Richmond. The surface very easy to communicate with and some minor issues regarding plumbing will resolved promptly. Highly recommended

Ok...heres an honest appraisal...if u want somewhere that gives a decent apartment and your not fussed about the hotel facilities downstairs then u will be happy here But if you want a nice english breakfast, welcoming entrance area and comfy areas to relax then look elsewhere The apartment with its kitchenette and balcony area were brilliant as we were staying for a week and wanted to cook our own meals so once beyond the lift and jnto our space it was fine. Employees in dire need of a uniform overhaul...frayed shirts not really good for the staff or the guests Helpful staff tho....very good
