The location was really convenient near Euston station.
Good public transport nearby. Hotel good location. Room was spacious, clean and had all comforts you need. Room well cleaned and good daily housekeeping.
Staff in hotel reception very welcoming and supportive answered all queries and nothing too much trouble.
Dining room staff very helpful. Food breakfast good choices in buffet style.
Overall I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are clean and a decent size. Staff were very friendly and helpful . The bar and restaurant area is nice and modern and they offer luggage storage . I would stay here again.

Great location but very, very small rooms
Also early check-in has a $30 charge per room! That’s ridiculous- if the room is ready it’s ready - why the charge ? Stupid !!!
The hotel was lovely and the staff very nice and helpful. We arrived early and were given a bedroom before checking time which was much appreciated.
Lovely, very clean and nicely furnished bedrooms with comfy beds. Good coffee. A mini fridge would be a bonus. Breakfast was very good too but a bit pricey. Would highly recommend this hotel. Location is so handy too.
Lovely staff and great location only downside was room could have been a bit cleaner,dusty skirting boards and water stain needed addressing (painting)below window.
