The room is nice. Bed is comfy. The kettle is dirty. Stayed for 3 nights. Cost per night is expensive, equivalent to 3/4 star hotel but has no service/cleaning at all that of hotel room, but there is no service at all. therefore expensive

Rooms in decent condition as appear to be recently renovated. Key issues: No air con and as it’s on a busy street so need to choose between fresh air and noise or stuffy room and quiet. No wifi which was an issue for connecting for work. Very hard to find the place as there is no signage.
