The apartment is ideally situated just a 2 minute walk from Old Street Underground Station, served by the Northern line for easy access across London. Right on your doorstep, you’ll find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, cafés, bars, and an Aldi supermarket for everyday essentials.
Its central location also makes it easy to explore some of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods on foot, including:
Shoreditch – Known for its lively nightlife, acclaimed restaurants, independent boutiques, and the famous Brick Lane Vintage Market.
Spitalfields – Home to the renowned Old Spitalfields Market, offering street food, fashion, art, and unique gifts.
Barbican Centre – Featuring a cinema, theatre, art exhibitions, and a variety of dining options.
Hoxton – Popular for its independent cafés and restaurants, as well as access to the peaceful Regent's Canal, ideal for a relaxing morning walk.

Getting Around:
Thanks to its central location, many of London’s most popular attractions and neighbourhoods can be reached on foot, with a wide range of shops, restaurants, and everyday essentials just moments from the apartment. Old Street Underground Station is only a 2 minute walk away, providing fast connections via the Northern line to both North and South London, as well as convenient access to the rest of the city. Several bus routes also operate nearby, and black cabs are readily available throughout the area.
Other Things to Note:
-Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
-All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in
-For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees
-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
